A new TV series got off to a wild start when Nicole Kidman was rushed to the hospital after powering through her first day of filming Margo’s Got Money Troubles.
Fighting Through Illness
The Aussie star was reportedly battling a nasty flu when production kicked off. With a massive shoot planned, including a huge set and hundreds of extras, her absence could have caused serious delays.
At first, it looked like Kidman wouldn’t make it. But in a surprise move, she showed up anyway. Co-star Nick Offerman said she looked pale and unwell, but completely determined to get the job done.
A “Superhero” Effort
Despite clearly being sick, Kidman powered through all her scenes. Her effort kept the production on track and avoided what could have been a costly shutdown. Offerman praised her commitment, calling it a “superhero” performance behind the scenes.
Rushed to Hospital
Once filming wrapped, things took a serious turn. Kidman needed urgent medical care and was taken to the hospital, where she reportedly received treatment via an IV.
