The Kadina Central development has marked a major milestone, with construction now underway.
Copper Coast Mayor Roslyn Talbot officiated the commencement late last month.
Once completed, the project will boat 107 residential allotments, a childcare facility, accommodation, a new commercial shop and landscaping works – including a playground, and street trees.

Mayor Talbot said the development stands as a symbol of growth and unity in the region, and is one of many currently underway.
The project is being carried out by Leipzig Australia.
