A drink driver was caught after a foot chase at Port Augusta Monday morning.
Police attempted to pull over a vehicle on Victoria Parade at about 1.15am.
The driver drove on for about 600 metres before stopping the car in Fern Street, running off and jumping over a fence.

The patrol located the suspected driver in a rear yard on Glyde Street, hiding under a bush.
The driver, a 19-year-old Pennington man, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.106.
He was arrested and charged with drink driving, hindering police and being unlawfully on premises.
