Today is World Food Day…
It comes after it was recently revealed 35 percent of South Australian households have experienced food insecurity in the past 12 months.
That’s where they’re missing meals because of financial pressures, and single-parent families are hardest hit.

It’s triggered an appeal for donations to the annual Food Drive hosted by Foodbank SA and the RAA.
Their Mobile Food Hub will visit Peterborough today and Clare next Thursday.
