A Yorke Peninsula local council will soon begin looking for a new CEO.
Barunga West chief executive Maree Wauchope has announced her resignation from her position.
She is set to take on a new role as Executive Director of Property Services at the SA Housing Trust.

During her time as CEO the Council has delivered record levels of infrastructure investment, major community projects, and secured over 7-million-dollars in state and federal grants.
Ms Wauchope will finish up on October 31, while recruitment for her replacement will begin next week.
