Olympians Set To Inspire Far North Students

Two Olympians are hitting the Far North as part of the Australian Olympic Committee’s Olympics Unleashed Program.

From today until Thursday, four-time Olympian and dual bronze medalist for track cycling Matthew Glaetzer, alongside Tokyo volleyballer Chris McHugh, will be visiting schools to inspire young athletes.

The pair will share their Olympic journeys and provide valuable insights on goal setting, resilience, and overcoming challenges.

Their tour includes stops at Marree Aboriginal School, Leigh Creek Area School, Hawker Area School, Orroroo Area School, and they’ll wrap up at Port Augusta Special School.
