SA agriculture company, Viterra has hit a major milestone, surpassing six million tonnes of exports in international markets.
Despite a delayed harvest start, Viterra broke shipping records, loading over 5.1 million tonnes onto vessels from December to May.
The 2022/23 season saw records broken at Thevenard and Wallaroo terminals, with Wallaroo employees celebrating surpassing the 500,000 tonne shipping milestone this month for local growers.”

Over 6.2 million tonnes are already forward-booked for the next season.
