The Mount Remarkable Council are currently waiting for the Department of Infrastructure and Transport to approve the contractor that the Council has selected to conduct an assessment of the damage and scope of the works.

Once this is completed, Council will conduct a request for tender for the repairs to the jetty.

In the interim, the public are urged to stay a safe distance away from the jetty.
