Locals across the Spencer Gulf and Mid North are being encouraged to share their opinion on both online exercise programs for young people and Telehealth services.
The survey has been created by researchers from The Department of Rural Health in collaboration with the University of South Australia in an effort gain an understanding of local perceptions around physical health services and its impact on both physical and mental health outcomes.
The survey also looks at ‘Telehealth’ which is the delivery of healthcare services through technological devices rather than face-to-face contact.
The use of such technology has the potential to benefit regional residents, by reducing the burden of travel, time, associated costs and other inconveniences that may come with accessing healthcare services.
