A man is set to appear in court for various traffic offences in Kadina late last week.
Police allege around 3am on Thursday Kadina patrols stopped a vehicle for the purpose of a random driver test.
The 45-year-old local man returned a positive reading of 0.111, more than double the legal limit.
At the time of the breath test police also allegedly noted two children in the car
He was reported for driving under the influence and driving unlicenced.
He was issued with an immediate 6-month loss of license and his vehicle was impounded for 28 days.
He will be summoned to appear in court at a later date.
