Jamestown driver stuns police

police light.jpgA man has been charged with a number of offences after crashing his car in Jamestown.
Last week on Wednesday, police got the call a white Toyota ute was driving erratically around the city.
They immediately headed over and searched the area before they got another call to a crash on Whyte Yarcowie Road also in Jamestown.
Emergency services joined police at the location, where they found the ute had apparently collided with a car before driving away- on only three tyres.
2km’s away from the scene they managed to track the 42 year old man down, and charged him with dangerous driving, failing to stop at a scene of a crash and drink driving.
