The Copper Coast Council is set to give out free native shrubs to locals as a part of their Green Up initiative.
Council gives ratepayers the opportunity to receive up to 2 plants for free from a selection of trees, grasses and shrubs on receipt of their rates notices.
This year’s free tree day will be held Sunday the 26th of May at Moonta, Wallaroo and Kadina Town Halls.
The Council says it’s a great opportunity for the community to get involved with greening up the Copper Coast area.
The Copper Coasts free tree day will be on the 26th of May between 10.00am and 1.00pm.
Port Broughton - Wednesday, 22nd May 2019 between the times of 8am and 12pm.
Bute - Thursday, 23rd May 2019 between the times of 8am and 12pm.
