Whyalla’s Tourism IQ Workshop highlights ‘Designing Better Customer Service Experiences’ with the intention for local businesses to raise the bar.
The workshop is set to assist attendee’s in creating memorable and authentic experiences for guest in the tourism sector and will take place November 20th.
Principal, Marketing & Communication Consultant Steve Davis of ‘Talked About Marketing’ will present the workshop, which is expected to motivate attendees to find new ways to grasp what’s important to them, their guests, and staff.
