A retired Whyalla man has walked away with 1.6 million dollars yesterday, after a Keno lottery win.
The Whyalla local, who wishes to remain anonymous and has expressed he couldn’t fathom the news.
When asked how he plans to enjoy his 1.6-million-dollar prize, the man confessed he had his eyes on a shiny new car and intends to share his winnings with his two sons.
After winning $10,000 previously, the man used the same numbers ever since his initial win.
The man purchased his winning ticket at Eyre Hotel, with the venue manager Carl Church stating, he was thrilled that a regular customer had become a millionaire at the facility.
