It has been announced that NAB have cut their opening hours by half, with regional branches in Jamestown and Roxby Downs both affected.
Both branches will now operate across half-day openings with NAB saying they believe the changes will ‘Create a more consistent banking experience for customers.’
Citing that on average a quarter of transactions take place between 9.30am and 10.30am in regional branches.
The Jamestown Branch was previously open from 9:30am - 4pm on Monday, from 10am-2pm Tuesday to Thursday and then from 9:30am till 5pm on a Friday, whilst the Roxby Downs Branch was open from 12pm till 4pm across weekdays.
NAB have said, “More than 90% of customer interactions are now taking place online or by phone, as over-the-counter transactions are declining steadily and have reduced by a quarter in the past year.”

Affected Branches will operate from 9.30am to 12.30pm from Monday the 17th of August
