The silly season is fast approaching.
What better way to get into the swing of things, than to start looking up some festive drinks to have with our friends and fam?
May I present to you... Gingerbread Gin.
It promises to be like a big bottle of boozy biccies and I am here for it.
Lemme walk you through.
Craft & Co have put together all the best parts of delicious gingerbread house - cinnamen, nugmeg and, how could I forget, ginger root. They've taken this and distilled it with tonka bean and juniper to create a spicey but sweet concotion. It's sure to go down a treat.

So this finally arrived and what can I say!!! @thecraftandco You have created a special gin here. It's everything you say it is. The beautiful flavours this ginger bread gin has is amazing. When you think you can taste one flavour you can taste another and another. Great festive drink for sure!! #ginger #cinnamon #gin #australianmade #juniper #locallymade #festivedrinks #thecraftandco
Not keen on drinking it over ice? The Collingwood-based distillery has got you covered. You could make yourself a 'Gingerbread Gin Alexander' - just shake it up with crème de cacao and a very healthy glug of fresh cream and strain it into a chilled glass with a crumble of gingerbread biscuit on top. Divine!
You can also try it with blood orange soda, or lean right into the ginge and top it up with a spicy gingey b.

What do you think about a gingerbread gin though? A lot of people have strong feelings about ginger...

Ginger has a love/hate reputation; no one is ever on the fence. However, it appears gingerBREAD gets the tick of approval...
What do you think? Would you try this Gingerbread Gin or is it a hard pass from you?
Remember to drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
