Barunga West Council have partnered with RAA to Expand EV Charging in Port Broughton.
In a significant move, Barunga West Council has approved the upgrade of its Tesla electric vehicle (EV) chargers to new stations managed by the RAA.
These chargers, originally for Tesla vehicles, have faced technical issues and cost challenges.

Under RAA’s proposal, they will now cater to all EVs, with RAA covering maintenance costs.
Users will pay for charging, relieving ratepayers. This partnership will integrate Port Broughton into RAA’s state-wide charging network.
