Last week Police participated in Operation Impact in Whyalla.
With lives lost on the roads at 94 year this operation aimed to reduce serious injury and fatal road crashes within Whyalla.
The operation resulted in 16 Positive drug tests, 9 Immediate losses of licence and 6 Vehicle Impounds.

Officer in Charge Superintendent Paul Bahr said “It is disappointing that so many drivers within Whyalla are driving whilst affected by drugs.’
