Just before 11pm on Sunday, police stopped a man driving a ride on lawn mower with a passenger along Queen Street.
Police breath tested the man and he allegedly produced a blood alcohol reading of 0.174.
Police also allege that the man punched a door causing damage at the Peterborough Police Station.

A 41-year-old man from Peterborough was reported for driving unregistered and uninsured, drink driving, offensive behaviour and property damage.
He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
