The latest rental data from PropTrack has shown regional SA’s units market is the fastest growing in the country.
The June Quarter figures show a 13 percent rise from last quarter … which bucked the trend of the rest of Australia’s regional markets .. which on average went backwards.
The 12-month price growth in regional SA’s units is also the second fastest in the nation … trailing only Sydney.

The average price remains the lowest however … with the standard rent costing $295 a week.
