The Port Pirie Aerodrome Military Mural will have its official dedication ceremony next month.
Port Pirie Regional Council in conjunction with the cities RSL branch are inviting members of the public to attend on the 13th December.
The event starts at 11 and will see RSL Patron Ken Madigan guest speaking as well as an RAAF flyover at 11:15am.

During World War II, the RAAF base in Port Pirie was responsible for training over 5,000 airmen and women under the Empire Air Training Scheme.
