This year saw worries as only just enough volunteers were found to cover having a ticketer at the gate.

The community stepped up this year with members of the Lions Soccer Club, the Cycling Club and the Navy Cadets helping staff the gate, and offer the public in-person ticket sales.
Whyalla Show Society president Tamy Pond said they needed the support of the community next year and are looking for volunteers.
